The clients brief was to create a roof terrace and home office on the roof of an existing early 18th Century dwelling next to a prominent cemetery in Chelsea.

The proposal is for a traditional mansard roof with lead dormers and an integral sliding rooflight over the southern end, allowing for an enclosed roof terrace. Internally, the new level creates a home office, library and wine bar.
